Hennessey FFA Students receive champion honors during State FFA Virtual Awards

The Oklahoma State FFA Association held its first ever virtual awards show on Tuesday, May 12th at 7PM via livestream on YouTube. Hennessey FFA was well represented as seven students received awards. Elizabeth Pribil, Kaden Mitchell, Gage Zelnicek, and Derik Fuksa received the State FFA Degree; the highest degree given at the state level. Kaden Mitchell was also recognized as a career passport recipient in the area of Agricultural Communications.

Hennessey FFA had four state proficiency finalists, three of which are state champions in their respective areas. Elizabeth Pribil placed third in the area of Beef Production- Entrepreneurship. State Champions are as follows: Ryan Pribil- Diversified Ag Production- Entrepreneurship, Tyler Trotter- Goat Production Entrepreneurship, and Kaden Mitchell- Turf Grass Management- Entrepreneurship.
