New grain cleaning business to open near Drummond

Tim Hladic and his wife Tonya, local fourth generation farmers in this area, are building a new grain cleaning facility on Highway 132 south of Drummond, approximately two and a half miles north of Highway 51 between Okeene and Hennessey, Okla.

TNT Seeds will specialize in cover crops such as rye, cow peas, mung beans, sunflowers, crab grass, love grass and others. “This will give farmers an opportunity to diversify a bit and give them some other places to market their crops” Hladic said.

The business will be housed in a new 60x225 foot warehouse facility featuring brand new grain bins with 270,000 bushels of capacity and brand-new scales large enough to accommodate modern trucks.
