Three Candidates Compete for Judge

Frank Austin

A good lawyer can help a lot of people,” said Frank Austin, Kingfisher County Associate District Judge candidate. Austin first considered law school when he was a social worker working in Kingfisher and Canadian County “with all of the lawyers”. “People have all kinds of problems,” Austin said. “I saw law as a satisfying profession where I could help people.”

Lance Schneiter


I always wanted to practice law,” said Lance Schneiter, Kingfisher County Associate District Judge candidate. “That was always the profession that fit my personality.” Schneiter was born and raised in Shawnee, Okla. Schneiter worked for local law firms as a high school student. Schneiter says that he quickly developed a passion for the practice of law. “I saw lots of different situations where the law effects people,” said Schneiter
